The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

1. Manages ALL environmental compliance programs for plant, including but not limited to the hazardous waste compliance program under RCRA.
2. Annual sampling, analysis and reporting of plant wastewater effluent.
3. Manages the OSHA employee Right-to-Know and EPA Community Right-to-Know and Plant Risk Management programs.
4. Conducts various training programs to meet regulatory requirements and assists in training new employees on EHS.
5. Ensures industrial hygiene monitoring for identified hazardous risk such as: air, noise, dust, etc.
6. Maintains and monitors current information and plant compliance on government EHS regulations and corporate policy.
7. Ensures that appropriate air pollution permits, sewer ordinance requirements NPDES permits are current and are compiled with.
8. Prepares required reports, plans, and other government EHS filings and ensures timely and accurate submission.
9. Serves on various EHS committees.
10. Works with other EHS professionals to ensure alignment and effectiveness of EHS Corporate and plant programs.

Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Discipline or Equivalent Strongly desired or significant safety experience.

* 5-7 years experience.

* Bilingual English/Spanish.

* Professional certification preferred (Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist, Certified Hazardous Materials Manager, or country equivalent).

* Strong organizational skills including ability to manage large number of disparate projects and to track projects through completion.

* Strong team-building skills.

* Strong computer skills.

Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:
*Coordinate the scheduling of production and delivery of product to FCD customers cost effectively and in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction and FCD profitability. Also, would be expected to carry any required technical licenses in the name of Eaton Industries s.r.o.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Ensure employee satisfaction. Frequently review the environmental, health and safety performance of personnel and contractors against established objectives and goals Perform timely investigation of accidents, identification of root cause, and rapid correction of contributing factors.

*Safety and quality oriented
*Technical background and knowledge - manufacturing processes, quality assurance, plant engineering, automotive supply industry.
*Prefer working knowledge of MS Windows/Office
*Experience and knowledge in metal working
*Knowledge and experience of Lean and Six Sigma tools
*Able to communicate in English language (In addition German would be desired)
*Knowledge of TS16949 and ISO14001.
*Good communication and people skills (verbally and written).
