Conduct product design reviews and follow through on recommended changes. Initiate the generation of new ideas and document them appropriately for possible patent protection or to reserve as trade secrets; --Perform engineering analysis of warranty returns and recommend corrective actions; --Deploy Pro-lunch/DFSS in Shanghai plant and provide support for all Power products produced in Shanghai plant.

Job Qualifications

3.Maintain the MRO purchasing documents and evidence in library for audit and supplier contract file.

4.Identify, initiate, qualify and manage cost reduction activities by identifying alternative vendors who can offer operational benefits/savings, with no compromise on quality and services. Working with users on alternative non-production materials, spares, supplies and services for overall cost and productivity improvement.

5.Perform good communication and relationship with inter customers and suppliers.

6.Drafting and improving MRO purchase process through management approval to perform use friendly for all users.

Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements 1.College degree in material management/engineering/hydraulics
