This position will be responsible for managing the operations of the EESS business in Mexico, including the following: engineering resources, services & products, and channels to market and to achieve planned results for the team. This individual will provide leadership and development to EESS team consisting of engineering professionals, service partnersl, and reps. Expected results include on time and on budget execution of projects and achieving the business targets as well as developing talent within the district.

BS Degree required, preferably in Engineering. 10-15 years of related operations/engineering experience preferred. Previous people management experience is a must. Superior knowledge of engineering and project management techniques, , customer relations, and employee development are necessary along with an in-depth knowledge of products and service offerings, product applications and distribution channels are required. The individual should be viewed as one with a significant operational presence such that they can clearly command in difficult operational situations.

Job Qualifications

Job Description ? Manage the three phase UPS product lines to meet APAC revenue and margin objectives.

Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements ? Bachelor?s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering preferred; MBA preferred.
? Minimum of 15 years of product management, sales and/or business management experience in power distribution and/or UPS industry preferred.
? Must have proven experience in managing people and building teams.
? Demonstrated experience in developing business strategy, planning & budgeting.
? Prior experience in developing product roadmaps, positioning strategy, price management, value proposition development and launching new products.
? Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and multiple sales channels.
? Must also be experienced with customer meetings and presentations.
? Ability to travel up to 50%.
