Job Description This position is responsible of providing regional sales support for Power Quality Division in the defined region. Main tasks are direct sales support, acting as first contact in all sales related matters, acting as a bi-directional information channel between PQ division and sales organizations and providing sales trainings within the region. Managing and providing PQD sales support to EMEA Electrical Sector Sales organizations in the area. Drive the increase of sales organization's product & application knowledge, by organizing professional and high quality sales and product trainings. Drive the PQD Product launches to sales organizations as part of NPI ProLaunch process. Function as a Voice of the Customer channel when defining New products as part of NPI ProLaunch process. Manage support to the local sales organizations in choosing the optimal local Product portfolio out of the total PQD product range to support the selected products strategy and positioning. Consolidate local market input to EMEA Central Functions. This includes local competitive landscape, pricing information and general market trends. Functions as a point of first contact on any PQD related issues met in the field and channel them to appropriate individuals or organizations within the Area. This position should be located in Achern or Heusenstamm (Frankfurt area).
Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements ·Bachelors or Masters Degree (technical, electrical preferred) ·Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience required (within PQD preferred). ·Must be able to manage multiple tasks across the region. ·Strong customer focus ·Willing to travel ·Must be a creative thinker and have a vision of how to drive the continuous improvement. ·Must be able to implement new tools and processes. ·Must have strong motivation and mentoring skills. ·Must be viewed by the Regional Sales Organizations as a regional champion for PQ sales support. ·Knowledge and experience with the Eaton Business System preferred. Candidate must be: ·Being able work remotely (in a local Eaton office) as a member of a multi-national team ·Self directing and self motivating ·An individual with a strong sense of urgency
