Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Manage all manufacturing and related support functions (Product Engineering, Operation Excellence/EHS, SCM, Human Resources and Finance ) for the two Golf Grip Division plants located in Tainan , Taiwan . Primary duty is to ensure that operations deliver a quality product on time to our customers while achieving annual financial targets. Responsible for monthly and yearly P& L performance of the plants.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A. Proactively promotes and maintains a safe working environment through the implementation of EHS Directives and the day to day facility activities.
B. Develop and implement policies and procedures that direct the operation of Golf Grip to ensure timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations.
C. Work cross-functionally with the Plant Staff to create and deploy the business vision and goals.
D. Leverage the Eaton Business Systems (EBS) values, tools and practices in order to drive performance excellence.
E. Maintain and improve employee relationships with all plant employees (production and salary) by supporting the Eaton Philosophy of Excellence Through People.
F. Fully engages all employees and drives change by empowering employees with decision-making, fostering innovation, and promoting continuous learning.
G. Clearly communicates expectations, continually raises the bar, and consistently holds self and employees accountable for performance.
H. Provides and fosters effective, on-going, cross-functional communication.
I. Develop and manage departmental budgets, capital plans, and monthly shipping targets in order to achieve plant profitability targets.
J. Responsible for creating supply chain excellence which includes on-time delivery of quality parts at the lowest total cost, along with annual cost improvements.
K. Responsible for equipment, and facility maintenance.
This candidate must be able to be registered as the representative of Factory
Job Qualifications
/Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering or a related business field.
MBA preferred
Demonstrated experience in plant manufacturing management of at least 5 years.
Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management of at least 5 years.
