Responsibility: - Conduct new customer PPAP files and keep relative testing data; - Internal products quality control and improvement; - Urgent quality problem analysis and deal with, generate 8D report to prevent further problem; - Participate in new product design and make supporting in quality guarentee; - Participate and push ISO9000/14001,EHS and EBE internal audit and external DNV audit; - Conduct trainings to the inspectors and operators in quality tools, make on site planning and quality control; - Improcess management and control to continuously improve quality requirement; - Participate in BSC related quality data analysis, review results and preventing measure till the problem is solved; - Supporting MFG-eng dept. in manufacturing and quality guarantee improvement.<br/><br><b>Job Qualifications</b><br>/Educational Requirements Requirements: - Knowledge in quality guarantee and method; - Good coomunication and training skills; - Sound mechanical knowledge; - Familiar with APQP?PPAP?FMEA?SPC?MSA tools and knowledge; - Testing knowledge.<br/><br><b>Relocation benefit provided?</b><br> Yes-From within hiring country/region only<br/>Region Asia Pacific<br/>Country China<br/>City Jining]]></description>
